On September 22, 2011, Storms Fitness opened its doors for the very first time.
Since then, Storms Fitness has been a mainstay of the community. At Storms, we believe that movement and social connections are fundamental to health and happiness.
We work hard to keep our gym clean and well maintained. We want Storms to be a place where you can come to focus on yourself. Our members value and respect our space, and each other. We would love for you to come in and see it for yourself.

I want to thank Cindy for running an excellent gym. I joined 8 months ago. I have not been able to turn my head due to a injured neck for 25 years. But, thanks to Karen and her hard work with me, I am now able to turn my head. Which means, I can now drive and my sweet husband got me a little car. I now have freedom! Thank you both!
I have been going to Storms Fitness for many years and I started personal training 2 years ago and I still am doing it. I’ve gotten more fit and my flexibility is so much better than when I started, I could barely reach my feet and now I can easily. I also love the leg press and when I started, I could only press around 100 pounds. Now I can do over 300 lbs with a personal record of 400 lbs. It has helped me greatly for when I compete in the Special Olympics. I recently went to the 2022 USA Games for basketball and won a bronze medal. All this is thanks to my personal trainer at Storms Fitness, Karen. She helps me to keep fit for my performances. She’s the best!" - Ellie
